1.      Why Lakshya Resale?

Lakshya Resale is aimed at providing a unique environment for Seller, Trader and Buyer of Pre-Owned equipments to interact in virtual space to conclude there business.

 

2.      Do I have to register?

You do not need to register to buy items you will be given a login ID and password by the respective Trader of a company, but you must register in order to Post or Sell items. Additionally, you must register in order to leave feedback about a seller. Registration is fast and secure. Once you’ve created a Lakshya Resale account, you can manage your listings and personal information at "Availability.lakshya.net".

 

3.      How do I choose a Login ID?

A Login ID is a unique name you use to identify yourself to other members on Lakshya Resale. When you register at Lakshya Resale, choose a Login ID that you'll remember.

Remember that Login IDs:

-          Must be at least six characters long

-          Can't contain spaces or tabs

-          Can't be an email address or Web site

-          Can't contain URLs (for example xyz.com)

 

4.      Can I use my email address as my Login ID?

No. Member IDs cannot contain symbols or punctuations.

 

5.      Can I change my Login ID?

No. Once created, you cannot change your Login ID or feedback rating. Other information like your email address, mailing address, password, etc. can be changed at any time by visiting the My Account section of the site.

 

6.      How can I change my personal information?

Except for your Login ID, you can change any of your account information by visiting the My Account section of the site.

 

7.      What can I Sell/Post?

You can post for sale any capital equipment which is owned by you and is available for a Trader to buy. However the posting does not is any grantee that it will be accepted and picked up by any Trader.

 

8.      How do I Post an Item?

Posting an item for sale is simple and takes only a few minutes to complete. In the home page, enter your Login ID and password in the Sell section” and sign in. If you don’t have an ID or password click on the “New User? Sign Up” link and register for a Lakshya Resale account by providing your basic contact information. After signing in, click on the “Sell an Item” link and provide the information about the item you have to sell and submit your post. You can also upload an image of the product which you want to sell.

 

9.      Can I upload a picture?

Yes, you can upload one picture per post. Lakshya Resale picture upload process is easy

-just browse and submit a picture file from your computer, you do not need additional software.

 

10.  Does it cost anything to post?

No, all postings (listings) are free on Lakshya Resale!
